Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manchester-CONF CTR (Tullahoma) is seeking night auditors to start immediately. You will greet guests at check-in/out, process registrations, verify billing, and code keys.

You will handle reservations, respond to requests, and resolve guest concerns while maintaining brand standards. This role emphasizes a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, teamwork, attention to detail, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience required.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Professional written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and process guests as they check-in/out
• Complete registration, secure payment, verify billing and adjust billing as needed
• Confirm guest information, room rate, selection of room(s)
• Code electronic keys
• Assist guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner
• Address guest complaints, research and resolve, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction
• Provide high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction
• Anticipate guests' needs and consistently exceed expectations
• Implement creative solutions while complying with brand standards
• Run Night Audit Process every night
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information including hotel info, room categories, room rates, packages, promotions
• Build relationships with guests, clients and groups while maintaining professional integrity
• Know local area to answer guest questions
