Best Western Bandera Saloon & Conference Center is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver warm, professional service from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate guest billing and smooth overnight operations.

You will handle calls, assist with reservations, coordinate with housekeeping, process payments, and provide concierge-style support while upholding security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, preferably hospitality.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Night Auditor at the Best Western Bandera Saloon & Conference Center is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. This role is pivotal in maintaining the first impression of the hotel and facilitating smooth operations at the front desk. The Night Audit shift is 11:00pm - 7:00am.If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel or service industries, we’d like to meet you.
