Job summary

Coushatta seeks a Guest Services Associate to ensure The Ultimate Southern Gaming Experience by delivering courteous, efficient service to all hotel guests. You will greet guests, answer questions, and assist with requests to help create a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, and at least one year of accounting or audit experience. Computer literacy and prior hotel/motel exposure are preferred.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or General Education diploma, GED required. Some college courses in Hotel Management preferred.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess effective communication and organizational skills. Minimum of one-year accounting or audit experience required. Must be computer-literate. Previous Hotel/Motel experience preferred. Must be able to maintain a professional, positive demeanor in stressful situations, remaining polite to the guests at all times.
