Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Must be able to use a computer and basic arithmetic; flexible with hours; overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and review/compile management reports.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, switchboard operation and reservations as needed.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports and ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports according to hotel standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate issues to management; provide guest service assistance as required.
