Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests while keeping information confidential.
• Handle reservations inquiries, cancellations, and amendments.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Balance revenue and settlements and prepare nightly reports.
• Review VIP reservations and prepare the lobby and breakfast for shift.
