Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a friendly overnight front desk associate for the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift in St. Louis.

Starting pay is $20.30 per hour, with a quarterly bonus opportunity and a suite of benefits including discounts and room nights. In this role you will check guests in/out, manage records, handle cash, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment while potentially assisting with breakfast setup during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to take written and verbal directions and speak English clearly.
• Relate to the public in a warm, friendly manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest services.
• Must be willing to work overnight and, at times, alone.

May also assist with set up of breakfast. May include food preparation, set up, service and/or cleaning. Only team member on property for the majority of the work shift and must be willing to and have the ability to work alone. Responsible for guest safety and security during overnight hours.Ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests and potential guests in a professional manner. Responds promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude.
