Courtyard Seattle SeaTac Airport is seeking a meticulous Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk and accounting duties in a quiet hotel environment. You will audit, balance, post, and report cash and credit transactions for rooms and F&B, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2+ years of night auditing experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. The role offers benefits eligibility and opportunities for career growth within the hotel group.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years' night auditing in a hotel environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of reports, balancing, and cash handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work overnight.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk, rooms and F&B cash and credit operations.
• Reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and smooth ops.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to maintain financial controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

In this role you will audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management.

Requirements

• Prior 1-2+ years' night auditing in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
• Be a member of our ROCKSTAR night TEAM
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Handle cash, coins, and currency at night
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

$21.82 per hour
