Job summary

Holiday Inn Express - Chatham Parkway Night Auditor position seeks a reliable, detail-oriented individual to oversee overnight front desk operations and guest services. You will balance guest accounts, perform audits, answer phones, and support reservations while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests throughout the night.

Ideal candidates are independent, with strong attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Previous hotel, front desk, or auditing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with overnight check-in and check-out.
• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance guest accounts.
• Review and verify financial transactions and daily reports.
• Answer phones, process reservations, and assist with guest requests.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor hotel safety and security throughout the night.
• Complete nightly reports and required documentation; communicate important updates with management and day shift staff.
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight needs.

Must have availability on holidays and every Fri & Sat, the auditor shift is 11pm to 7am

As a Night Auditor at Holiday Inn Express - Chatham Parkway, you’ll oversee front desk operations during the overnight shift while helping ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient experience for our guests. This role combines guest service, front desk support, and basic accounting responsibilities. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
