About the Role

We are looking for a Night Auditor who will assist guests with check-in and check-out, handle phone calls, and manage special requests according to brand and Gulf Coast standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Assist guests and address hotel needs in the absence of the GM or AGM.
2. Provide prompt, courteous service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Handle check-ins and check-outs, reservations, billing, and guest inquiries.
4. Perform property inspections and respond to after-hours issues.
5. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, computer systems, and local information.
6. Record guest comments and handle emergency procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness of common areas and assist in laundry activities.
8. Report repairs and ensure security protocols are followed.
9. Adhere to dress code and perform other duties as assigned.
