The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, balancing transactions, and conducting security walks.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- College coursework in related field helpful.
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve guest issues and respond to emergencies.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Work well under stress and in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to handle workplace problems proactively.
- Capacity to assimilate complex information and adapt as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Approach all guest and staff interactions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain attendance as per Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
- Comply with all standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor.
- Initiate and complete the End of Day process.
- Run reports for Food and Beverage audit.
- Complete the Night Audit checklist daily.
- Balance the day's work, including revenue and paperwork.
- Maintain cashiering responsibilities.
- Operate Front Office computer systems according to standards.
- Perform all Front Office functions during the overnight shift.
- Ensure security checks of building and guest areas.
- Handle guest requests during shift.
- Follow safety and emergency procedures.
- Keep proper records.
- Familiarize with hotel policies and house rules.
- Manage direct bills and attach backup documentation.
- Maintain radio contact with team members.
- Understand security procedures.
- Ensure staff are attentive, friendly, and helpful.
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed.
- Transfer accounts as necessary.
- Distribute work and train new Night Auditors.
- Run morning reports.
- Assign tasks such as newspaper delivery.
- Ensure completion of nightly walk-through and other property-specific duties.
- Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
- Complete reports and miscellaneous duties as required.
- Assist guests with food orders and service if applicable.
- Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation ranges from USD $16.25 to $24.38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
