About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a well-established hotel in Portland, OR. This position is essential to ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized front desk area

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality
• Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with accounting software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a night auditor or in a similar overnight role
• Familiarity with hotel management systems
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills
