We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Night Auditor.

What will you be doing most days?

• Execute guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, and service procedures in compliance with brand quality assurance standards.
• Maintain a friendly and hospitable attitude with guests and team members, and be present at the desk during all hours.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests effectively.
• Ensure collections, including credit card and direct bill, are executed according to company policies.
• Maintain proper control over keys, safe deposits, and all company and guest property.
• Monitor competitor occupancy and rates to optimize rates.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Quote daily rates accurately and process credits appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction.

What are the requirements for this position?

• Proficiency in applicable property management systems.
• Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
• Experience in cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintaining security of confidential information.
• Ability to pass certification tests required to meet brand standards.
• Experience with computers, especially data entry.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Customer-focused attitude, prioritizing guest needs.
• Approachable with effective communication skills with guests and team members.

Physical Requirements

This position may be physically demanding. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.

Pay Scale

$13.00 - $22.86/hour (rate depends on state/market and experience)
