Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to join our Orlando team. You’ll greet late arrivals, assist guests, and balance the day’s transactions overnight.

This part-time role covers Friday and Saturday nights (holidays included). The starting pay is $16.00/hour, with potential increases for experienced candidates. You will also perform light front desk duties as needed throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be available Friday and Saturday nights, including holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional attitude and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests, and handle check-outs and guest requests.
• Complete the nightly audit: post charges, reconcile accounts, and balance the day.
• Run end-of-day reports and prepare the daily reports for the morning team.
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions or concerns.
• Monitor the property for safety and security during overnight hours.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Perform light front desk duties, such as restocking supplies and preparing the breakfast area.

Position: Night Audit (Part-Time)

Schedule: Friday and Saturday nights. Holidays required.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour. Pay is negotiable with prior experience.

About the Role
