Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure financial controls and hotel standards across the night shift. You will coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to deliver quality guest service while maintaining accurate revenue reporting and daily summaries.

The role requires basic math, reliable 10-key entry, and proficiency with front office and POS systems. Strong communication and dependable attendance are essential for success at this property in Orlando, Florida.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform accurate 10-key calculations.
• Ability to effectively deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Revenue Report data by auditing POS tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips and settlements.
• Run audit reports/journals from front office system, POS and computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle computer problems during shift.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset system for next day operations.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
