We are seeking a full-time night auditor to care for Lied Lodge overnight guests using their skills and dedication.

You Have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills. Provide outstanding guest service in person, over the phone, and via email. Know proper telephone etiquette. Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest needs.
• Experience with computers. Ability to learn the OPERA system and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Basic experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
• Availability. Able to work Tuesday through Friday from 11pm to 7am, with flexibility to cover weekend shifts as needed.
• A positive attitude. Passionate about serving others, committed to customer satisfaction, and ensuring positive guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail. Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills, capable of operating efficiently in busy situations.
