Arbor Day Farm is a property owned and operated by the Arbor Day Foundation. This property brings our mission to life! As one of the world's largest conservation foundations, the Arbor Day Foundation educates and engages communities worldwide to involve themselves in planting, nurturing, and celebrating trees. Our vision is to help others understand and use trees as solutions to global issues like air and water quality, climate change, deforestation, poverty, and hunger.
We are seeking a full-time night auditor to care for Lied Lodge overnight guests using their skills and dedication.
You Have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Provide outstanding guest service in person, over the phone, and via email. Know proper telephone etiquette. Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest needs.
- Experience with computers. Ability to learn the OPERA system and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Basic experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
- Availability. Able to work Tuesday through Friday from 11pm to 7am, with flexibility to cover weekend shifts as needed.
- A positive attitude. Passionate about serving others, committed to customer satisfaction, and ensuring positive guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail. Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills, capable of operating efficiently in busy situations.
