Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee auditing, posting and balancing daily financial transactions to support guest service and profitability. You will handle cashiering across outlets in Rooms and F&B and ensure card-system reconciliation.

Requirements include at least 1 year as Night Audit in a hotel, cash/credit handling skills, and strong accounting knowledge. The role is full-time, 11 PM–7 AM, with weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work night shift.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as Night Audit at a hotel.
• Experience working at the front desk of hotel, a plus!
• Cash handling and credit experience
• Must possess the ability to post and balance large amounts of charges efficiently and accurately
• Knowledge of accounting operations to include all aspects, such as, accounts, receivable, payroll, etc.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post and balance daily cashier's work for outlets including, but not limited to. outlets in Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Ensure Credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
• Schedule, assign daily work, inform and rain team members

Job description

The Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20 minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

This is a full-time, year-round position working at Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. 11PM to 7AM shift schedule is required, including weekends and holidays.
