The Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton located in King of Prussia, is seeking a full-time Night Auditor to join our Front Office Team!

We are looking for individuals with a passion for serving others. Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, with the most guest interaction. Your role is crucial to the overall guest experience. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will make a significant difference. *This position requires working overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Reliable transportation is a must.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Night Auditor, your responsibilities include:

• Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times
• Maintaining high service and hospitality standards
• Promptly addressing guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Posting guest charges, collecting payments, and following cash handling procedures
• Handling guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism
• Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand, travel programs, and special offers
• Communicating effectively with departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns
• Responding quickly to calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance
• Knowing hotel safety and emergency procedures
