Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Georgia seeks a Part-Time Night Auditor to oversee overnight financial operations and guest service from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You’ll work independently, delivering friendly hospitality while maintaining accuracy in daily transactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, or cash-handling experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must be proficient with retail point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently.
  • Answer questions and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
  • Process reservations and guest payments.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Post room, dining, and other charges.
  • Balance daily revenue and resolve discrepancies.
  • Complete end-of-day audit procedures.
  • Prepare daily financial reports for department leaders.
  • Ensure smooth and secure overnight resort operations.

About The Role

As our Night Auditor, you will be the face of the resort during overnight hours, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while maintaining the accuracy of the resort’s daily financial operations.
