Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Georgia is seeking a Front Desk Agent for AM shift, part-time. You are the first friendly face guests see, handling check-ins and reservations while answering questions and ensuring each guest feels welcome.

This role requires a customer-service mindset, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. Weekend availability and a team-oriented attitude are essential in our mountain setting with a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Professional, dependable and team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reservations, phone calls, cancellations, and guest requests.
• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first smile guests see when they arrive and the friendly face they remember when they leave. You’ll help create incredible stays by delivering outstanding service, assisting with reservations, answering questions, and ensuring each guest feels genuinely welcomed.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to work 6:30am-2pm or 8am-4pm; approximately 3 days per week
• Must have availability to work weekends
