Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Georgia is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the PM shift part-time. You will be the first smile guests see, delivering outstanding service, assisting with reservations, answering questions, and ensuring each guest feels warmly welcomed.

This role suits someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accurate cash handling and smooth daily operations, with weekend availability and a friendly, collaborative team.

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first smile guests see when they arrive and the friendly face they remember when they leave. What We’re Looking For

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Friendly personality with strong communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to work 1:00pm-9:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm
