Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. seeks a Part-time Night Auditor for the Wyndham Grand Jupiter to deliver excellent guest service during the late shift. You’ll manage front desk operations, monitor hotel activity, and ensure smooth night-time processes while maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.

This role requires independence, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Schedule: Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am; 2–3 days per week. Pay: $18/hour.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• OPERA experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Professional and customer-service oriented.

Job description

The Wyndham Grand Jupiter is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor to provide excellent guest service during the late shift. You’ll handle front desk operations, monitor hotel activity, and ensure smooth night-time business processes while maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Schedule

• Friday and Saturday | 11pm-7am
• This is a part-time role with 2-3 days a week as needed

Key Responsibilities

Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets (restaurant, events, lounge).

Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.

Perform check-in and check-out procedures.

Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.

Maintain lobby appearance.

Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.

Qualifications
