The Night Auditor will be responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, completing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports. The role also involves attending to guest needs such as check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and answering guest questions.

1. Proactively ensure guest security and maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
2. Count cash and maintain accuracy of the cash drawer at shift start and end.
3. Check the front desk log for issues and special requests.
4. Greet guests, register them, and assign rooms.
5. Process guest registrations and payments.
6. Prepare express checkout folios.
7. Maintain room status inventory.
8. Communicate shift information to the relevant staff and management.
9. Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and bathroom as needed.
10. Ensure smooth shift transitions by passing on pertinent information.
11. Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure high-quality customer service.
12. Answer inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local directions.
13. Complete all shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
