Position Details:

This is a PT Night Auditor position starting at $19/HR, plus our employee perks.

Role Overview:

The Night Auditor is responsible for computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to maintain complete financial records. Duties include routine calculations, posting, verifying data, and checking the accuracy of figures related to business transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Approach all guest and employee interactions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
2. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations for safe and efficient hotel operations.
3. Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
4. Initiate and complete the End of Day process.
5. Run reports for Food and Beverage audits.
6. Complete the Night Audit checklist daily.
7. Balance the day’s work.
8. Maintain cashiering responsibilities and Front Office system operation.
9. Perform all Front Office functions between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
10. Handle guest requests during shift.
11. Follow safety and emergency procedures.
12. Maintain proper record keeping.
13. Complete direct bills and attach backup documentation.
14. Maintain radio contact with staff.
15. Be familiar with security procedures.
16. Ensure courteous and attentive service to all guests and staff.
17. Prepare and distribute the Daily Flash Report.
18. Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Completion of bartender courses is a plus.
