Job summary

The Lowline Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to manage the front desk during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. You will handle reservations, check-ins, and routine inquiries with a focus on accuracy and service.

Responsibilities include preparing daily financial reports, balancing transactions, and conducting security walks to protect guests and property. The position requires independence, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality field.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
• Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight hours
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting
• Basic knowledge of hotel management software and computer systems
• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to handle routine issues
• Strong oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
