Key Responsibilities include:

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Assisting guests efficiently, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Reservations Management: Handling room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Customer Service: Responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Payment Processing: Handling transactions accurately and in compliance with hotel policies.
• Communication Hub: Coordinating with hotel departments to address guest needs.
• Providing Information: Offering details about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Problem-Solving: Resolving guest concerns effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintaining Records: Keeping organized records of guest stays and payments.
• Promoting Hotel Services: Upselling rooms and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Ensuring Security: Following safety protocols, verifying identification, and monitoring for suspicious activity.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with strong interpersonal skills and focus on service.
• Familiarity with computers and property management systems (PMS).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in handling guest complaints and resolving conflicts calmly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Hospitality or Front Desk experience (Preferred).
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
