Home2 Suites Bordentown is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our front office team. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee overnight hotel operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and deliver exceptional guest service. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong organizational skills who thrives in a calm, upscale environment.

• $18.00/Hr.
• Saturday and Sunday Overnight.
• Must Pass Criminal Background Check.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services:
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and any overnight inquiries.
• Provide exceptional, personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the brand standard.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Nightly Audit Duties:
• Perform nightly financial audits, including verifying and reconciling transactions.
• Balance all hotel revenue, including room charges, dining, and other outlets.
• Prepare and distribute end-of-day financial reports for hotel leadership.
• Security and Safety:
• Monitor hotel security systems and ensure guest safety during overnight hours.
• Handle situations that might arise appropriately.
• Administrative Support:
• Organize reports, including occupancy, revenue, and shift logs.
• Manage overnight communications and ensure a smooth transition to morning staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, night audit, or hospitality preferred; relevant qualifications considered.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
