Hotel Saint Cecilia is seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor responsible for delivering a guest experience comparable to daytime Front Desk services during overnight hours. The role involves performing detailed accounting and front office tasks, generating accurate reports via Property Management Software, and completing a compliant night audit.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• At least 6 months of hospitality or service industry experience with accounting skills
• Ability to interpret safety, operating, and maintenance documents
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Property Management Software
• Basic math skills including algebra and fractions

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete shift checklists and bucket checks before audits
• Generate accurate accounting reports and verify transactions
• Manage shift banks and maintain billing accuracy
• Greet, check-in, and check-out guests professionally
• Make reservations and provide local information
• Respond promptly to guest calls and concerns
• Log discrepancies and security issues
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
• Participate in meetings and perform additional duties as needed

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, remain stationary or move around property for extended periods.
