FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations. You will handle front desk tasks, process payments, and conduct audits to keep guest accounts accurate.

This role requires attention to detail, cash handling experience, and the ability to work independently during late hours while delivering exceptional guest service and security for the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role.
• Cash handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and multitask abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties such as guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any issues during the night.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
