Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic In-Room Dining Coordinator to lead our in-room dining service at FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta. You will manage a team of servers, coordinate room-service deliveries, and help guests customize dining experiences with enthusiasm and precision.

This role requires a strong guest-service mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in room service or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including dietary restrictions and allergens.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities
