Job summary

FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations, front desk duties, guest safety, and accurate account management.

You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, resolve discrepancies, assist guests, and coordinate with other departments to deliver a welcoming overnight experience.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties such as guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
• Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
