What You'll Be Doing

• Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest and house accounts, and telephone and movie revenue.
• Prepare all necessary information related to daily revenues with accuracy.
• Act as a hotel system liaison during night hours, ensuring smooth operations.
• Perform Guest Service Representative duties, including booking room reservations, answering phone calls, and delivering messages to guests.
• Assist with other assigned duties to contribute to the overall success of our team.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training.
• Prior hotel night audit experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with guests.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
