Be Part of The Opening Team!

As a Night Auditor, you are both calm in the quiet hours and the support behind the scenes. You'll ensure the smooth operation of the front desk overnight, handle guest inquiries, process daily audits and reports, and maintain security and service standards—all while representing the AC brand’s commitment to precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet late-arriving guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures.
• Perform nightly audits of hotel revenue and financial transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
• Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the night.
• Handle any guest concerns, emergencies, or special requests with professionalism.
• Balance and reconcile the day’s financial transactions.
• Communicate with morning staff and assist with shift handover.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred (hotel or hospitality setting).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (training provided).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain alert and responsive throughout the night shift.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with schedule, including weekends and holidays.
