Qualifications

• Previous Front Office, Night Audit, or hotel supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and Front Office procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and financial accuracy
• Ability to complete and reconcile nightly audits and reports
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently during overnight hours
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office and Night Audit functions during overnight hours
• Complete and validate nightly audit procedures and financial reporting
• Maintain operational controls and ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Serve as a point of contact for guests and hotel teams and resolve concerns
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences during the night shift
