Job summary

Remington Hotels in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Front Desk/Night Audit role to perform daily audit functions across front office and outlets, ensure accurate postings, and back-up critical systems. You will manage check-ins, payments, reservations, and PBX while delivering warm, prompt service to guests.

The position offers an hourly rate of $20–$22 and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401k. Minor physical duties apply in an in-office setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and each outlet.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors promptly.
• Back-up front office system and night audit program daily.
• Rebuild the front office system and reservations as needed.
• Handle all front desk functions including check-ins/check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation, and guiding guests.
