Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking aNight Audit Associate for the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards. The role focuses on maintaining financial controls and coordinating with Security, Housekeeping, and other departments to deliver quality service to guests.

Responsibilities include preparing daily revenue reports, running audit journals, and ensuring accurate postings in the front office system. Exceptional numerical accuracy and guest-focused communication are required.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform 10-key calculations.
• Ability to handle guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Effective communication with supervisors, coworkers, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes, journals, and settlements.
• Run audit reports from front office systems and POS.
• Make corrections and resolve computer problems during the shift.
• Enter revenue/expenses/allowances into the system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and prep for next day operations.
• Maintain attendance and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
