Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a Night Audit Associate to support third-shift front desk and guest services at Caretta Landing in Sarasota, FL. You will deliver exceptional guest service while managing registrations, room assignments, and daily reporting.

Responsibilities include handling cash, banking procedures, answering inquiries, and supporting hotel operations. A background in hospitality and flexibility with hours is preferred to ensure seamless overnight service.

Qualifications

• Experience and presence in guest service roles is valued.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work nights and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Register guests at check-in/check-out and assign rooms.
• Know hotel operations, policies, and internal procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of brand loyalty programs and room features.
• Handle cash, credit, and banking procedures at shift end.
• Email daily reports to accounting and communicate with guests.
• Answer phones, take messages, and assist guests with questions.
• Ensure security, cleanliness, and maintenance of public areas.
• Assist with breakfast setup and guest services as needed.
