Qualifications

• Friendly, professional personality with a hospitality focus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience at front desk or guest-service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Night Audit functions: run nightly reports, post room and tax, and complete the date roll.
• Update room statuses and ensure system accuracy for the next day.
• Pre-register, check in, and check out guests, settling accounts according to hotel policies.
• Provide prompt, friendly guest service and respond to guest needs throughout the night.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations/PBX, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Offer accurate property information and assist with special accommodation requests.
• Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and support overnight operations as needed.
