Responsibilities

• Assist with late check-ins and early departures, including luggage.
• Log wake-up calls and manage departure reports.
• Conduct security checks and patrol cottages and grounds.
• Light housekeeping in cottages and common areas after late-night activities.
• Complete opening paperwork for the next business day.
• Process guest folios and departure letters.
• Night audit entries and reviews.
• Respond to alarms and monitor property after hours.
