The Night Manager/Night Audit Manager at Highgate Hotels is responsible for ensuring that all daily reports are generated and revenues balanced. The role handles express checkouts and assists guests during the shift, providing accurate information for operational decisions.

The position requires supervisory experience and strong communication skills, with a focus on maintaining service standards. This on-site role supports hotel operations during night hours and reports to the management team.

Formación

• 5+ years progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and out.
• Handle and take reservations.
• Handle guest’s special requests and customer complaints during shift.
• Perform all other front desk duties and responsibilities.
• Investigate and handle complaints, disturbances, emergencies, etc. during shift.
• Perform some Night Audit functions and produce Night Audit reports.
