You will balance daily transactions, handle guest check-ins/outs, and generate financial reports while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction during night hours. The company offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must balance and audit daily transactions accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service during overnight hours.
• Process check-ins, check-outs and handle guest inquiries.
• Prepare and run daily financial reports, ensuring proper recording.
• Experience as a night auditor or in a financial role is a bonus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries or requests.
