Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Night Clerk in Louisville, KY to manage overnight check-ins and check-outs, answer incoming calls, and act as an ambassador for guests while upholding service standards. This position also handles nightly accounting, runs the end-of-day procedures in the Property Management System, and supports housekeeping as a runner.

A High School diploma or GED and one year of hotel front desk experience, plus basic computer skills, are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of hotel front desk experience.
• Ability to work the overnight shift 11pm–7am.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs and answer calls.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, and promotions.
• Process currency exchange and guest payments.
• Balance and audit daily financial records.
• Run end-of-day procedures in the PMS.
• Prepare and review night audit checklist.
• Attend monthly department meetings and training.
