Job summary

Embassy Suites in Chattanooga is seeking a Night Auditor to manage night operations and balance daily hotel activities. You will handle guest requests, perform basic accounting tasks, and oversee 3rd shift front desk duties while ensuring security and brand standards.

The role is part-time, Monday through Wednesday, non-exempt hourly. Candidates should deliver exceptional guest service, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable with hotel systems and night audits.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Prior accounting experience is preferred.
• Ability to work nights and balance shift tasks.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily hotel operations and oversee night audit tasks.
• Respond to guests promptly and maintain the 10-5 rule.
• Sell and upsell rooms to walk-ins and reservations.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and productive night work area.
• Knowledge of hotel systems and shift checklists.
