Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is seeking a Night Audit to support guest services during the night hours. This onsite, casual part-time role emphasizes safety, warm guest service, and accurate nightly operations.

You will print management reports, verify next day reservations, assist with basic food and beverage service, answer calls, and perform routine security checks. Shifts run 10:00 pm–6:00 am, weekdays and weekends, with eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior night audit and guest experience preferred.
• Competency with computers and knowledge of basic accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, security and service of guests and property during night hours.
• Print reports for management relating to following day’s business.
• Check reservations for following day; ensure billing and routing are correct.
• Provide simple food and beverage service for members and guests.
• Regularly check the resort for safety, lights, fires, obstructions, etc.
• Answer telephones and route calls appropriately.
