Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Night Auditor for The American Club in Kohler, WI. This onsite, casual part-time role supports our guest services team during night hours, with shifts typically 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety and security, printing management reports for the next day, verifying reservations and billing, and providing light food and beverage service to members and guests. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior night audit and guest experience preferred.
• Competency with computers and knowledge of basic accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Check reservations for the next day; verify billing and routing.
• Provide simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requested.
• Regularly inspect the resort for safety issues (lights, fires, obstructions).
• Answer telephones and route calls appropriately.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring the safety, security and service of guests and property during the night hours
  
• Printing reports for management relating to following day's business
  
• Checking all reservations expected for following day, ensuring that billing and routing is correct
  
• Providing simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requested
  
• Regularly checking the resort with regard to safety and security issues - lights, fires, obstructions etc.
  
• Answering telephones and routing calls appropriately

This is a casual part-time position working we ekdays and weekends. Typical shifts vary between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.

Skills/Requirements

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $16.60 - $24.90. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
