Job summary

Hyatt Place Reno is seeking a Night Audit to record, process, and analyze the days closing figures. You will perform guest registration and checkout, manage the house bank, and ensure all cash and credit transactions balance at the end of each shift.

As MOD during night hours you greet guests, handle wake-up calls, prepare daily reports, and assist with bookings and up-selling opportunities. The role requires strong math, cash handling, and computer skills, plus the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Register and checkout guests; handle payments.
• Balance house bank; prepare daily reports.
• Greet guests and assist with wake-up calls.
• Act as MOD during night shift.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and respond to guest inquiries.
