Job summary

Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa, part of Schulte Hospitality Group (SHG), is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. You will audit daily ledgers, process end-of-day tasks, and ensure accuracy of guest charges while assisting guests at the front desk.

The role requires multitasking, solid communication skills, and familiarity with PMS; high school diploma or GED is required. You will work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of Property Management System (PMS).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Handle end-of-day accounting functions including posting room rates and taxes.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Maintain front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Organize Front Desk area to support morning staff.
• Monitor hotel security camera system.
