Responsibilities include knowing the property and events, responding to guest inquiries, handling guest records, posting room and tax charges, and supporting housekeeping and front desk tasks; the role emphasizes a professional demeanor and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some college in hotel management or basic accounting preferred.
• Minimum of one-year accounting or audit experience required.
• Proficient accuracy in Basic Computer Literacy required.
• This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a working knowledge of the property and events to advise guests.
• Responds to guests’ requests or inquiries courteously and promptly.
• Prepares and distributes management reports to hotel administration and the Finance Department.
• Audits all guest records and verifies credit card approval.
• Posts room and tax charges to guest accounts.
• Assists with duties related to housekeeping and front desk.
