Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is seeking a dedicated food and beverage server for on-site, full-time employment. You will provide dining service to guests with efficiency and courtesy, maintaining a high standard of guest services in a bustling casino environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving, pre-busing tables, and keeping the dining area clean while complying with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Minimum four to five years upscale dining, food server experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beers, wines and spirits preferred.
• Must complete an ATC approved server training program.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Level 4 Gaming License required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to restaurant guests in accordance with venue standards.
• Takes and fills all food and drink orders and maintains guests dining area in a clean and neat manner.
• Pre-busing of tables to keep them clear.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Assist other restaurant personnel with opening/closing duties and maintenance as needed.
