Job summary

Remington Hotels in Atlanta is seeking a meticulous Front Office Audit Associate to perform daily audit functions for the hotel's front office and outlets. You will review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors promptly, ensuring all charges are posted timely.

You may assist with back‑ups of the front office system and night audit, and participate in rebuilds of the front office system and reservations when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit functions for front office and each outlet of the hotel.
• Review room and tax posting for accuracy, correcting errors as needed.
• Complete back-up of front office computer system and night audit program daily.
• Rebuild the front office system, reservations, and related computer maintenance as applicable.
• Understand and follow the management company's accounting and credit policies.
• Manage front desk functions including check-ins/check-outs, payments, and reservations; provide warm, professional guest service.
