Job summary

Hampton Inn East Peoria is seeking a part-time Night Audit Front Desk Agent for our East Peoria location. This 3rd shift role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and comfort working alone or with a team. Weekend availability is required.

You will handle reservations, answer calls, post charges, and perform end-of-night closeout to prepare for the new day. Prior hotel or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
• Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
• Other duties as assigned.
